Happy Halloween!

DH and I are taking DD trick or treating.  She's a princess this year, just like last year, and the year before that.  The previous year she was a fairy princess.  I think she's been a princess every year except her first.  We got her a cute little baby spider costume that year.

We're all going trick or treating.  We live in a great neighborhood for it, but we live at the end of a driveway back behind other houses so we never get any trick or treaters.  Someday I'm going to live in a big house in town with a front porch and yard, and I'll decorate with webs and a scarecrow and gravestones and things and all the little goblins will come to my door begging for candy and I'll answer in my witchy witch costume and cackle madly as I distribute bonbons.

Uh-oh.  It's pouring outside.  I can hear it on the roof.  This may be a problem.

Happy Halloween! I just got back from trick or treating with my friends. This year I dressed up as the Great Pumpkin from the Charlie Brown movie.  It was pretty fun. I got a lot of yummy candy, too!
