Sort of rag curls
Mar 15th, 2009 at 11:01pm

So after I washed my hair on saturday I decided to try to do waves.  I braided my hair in two braids and rolled up the ends in rags.  I used paper towels, actually, and held them in place with scrunchies.  For such a crude method, I got a pretty decent result.  Normally I would say my hair is just wavy enough to look tangly and gross ten minutes after I brush it, but this is wavy enough beyond that to look decent all day.  The waves relaxed slowly over the day.  My boss at work commented on it; she said, "oh, you curled your hair all pretty!"   Smiley

Very nice!

One thing I have learned when trying to curl or wave my hair, you have to make sure the ends are not wrapped too tight or the hair gets too fuzzy.  When I use my socks at the rollers, I fold the sock in half length-wise, then fold the toe over so I have at least 8 layers of sock to wrap the ends around.

Keep up the good work!
