How about the girl in Pirates of the Carribean who played Elizabeth Swan; I don't know her name, sorry.

I was wondering if anyone else thought so. It's the lovely and talented Kiera Knightly. I loved her hair in POTC, so gorgeous! I have a feeling some of it was extentions though.

Is Robin Wright Penn's hair real or extensions in the Princess Bride?  I always thought it looked very real.  I love Jane Seymour's hair.  I am so happy that she never cut it and gave into the temptation to have an "easy" style after having twins in her 40s.  She is an inspiration to me.

Not sure about Robin's extensions.  Tried to do a web search but didn't come up with anything.

I'd have to agree with you on Jane Seymour.  Crystal Gale was another longhair from back-in-the-day.  I wonder if she ever cut it?

My new favorite hair flick would be
"Warriors of heaven and earth"  The good guy and the bad guy have long braided hair done in ways I wish I could do!

What about 13th Warrior? As I recall everyoneAntonio Banderas had long hair. Besides that movie was such a great inspiration for D&D.  Grin

Has anybody seen the The Brothers Grimm?  I watched A&E's Behind the Scenes and it looks like there is going to be some gorgeous hair in this movie--especially the Mirror Queen!!

Oh boy - I get to show off my Ancient Age here - I do believe that was all real.  I actually saw Robin Wright in person in a dinner in Santa Barbara, when she was just starting in on of her first roles - ta da - the soap opera Santa Barbara.

Admittedly she came in wearing a very skimpy outfit - but she was stunningly eye catching and the hair was much of it.  Wasn't wearing much makeup that I could tell either ...g

Gabi, do you live near Santa Barbara?  That's where I live.  When the Santa Barbara soap started though, I was in San Diego.  I moved here in 1991.

Oh back to the thread..  How could I forget Audrey Hepburn's classy updo's?  She's so pretty (for a short-hair).  Hahaha just kidding.

Jean de florette's Manon. Her hair was beautiful, especially in her braid. The whole length just suited her so well, I think that's why I loved her

I am not familiar with this actress but I love a good foreign film.  What has she been in?

Pixie coming up for you Khrome - JK - actually she had very long hair the last ten or so years of her life.

I live in Oakland which is nicely within distance to make short trip to Santa Barbara.  Next time we go I'll bring my Audrey Hepburn hair book and we can have a go *EVILLE Grin*...g

According to IMDB that's her only movie. Her name is Ernestine Mazurowna and she did Jean de florrette in '86 so she's probably grown up a little since then.  I also liked the actress in Manon des sources when her hair is a little tamed

Here's her in Jean de Florette, not much hair in it but you try googling her and see what you come up with! lol
...

And here she is in Manon des Sources

The women in Serenity, esp. Summer Glau, who played River.  Not so much her hair in the movie ( she was playing a crazy person, after all) as her hair in real life, so long and beautiful!

Practical Magic... the hair in that movie is what inspired me to grow mine out in the first place!
