How do you measure hair length?
Dec 23rd, 2004 at 9:58am

Where do we measure from?  From the crown down to the ends?  From the forehead down to the ends?  I want to note my first measurement so I can set a goal and then keep an accurate measurement.

I have looked around the site, and there is probably already a question like this here, but I can't find it!   Smiley

Happy Holidays!

You can measure your hair any way you want to, just be consistent.

Most of the long hair sites have their rapunzels measuring from the front hairline, over the top of the head, down to the longest hair.  This method seems to give the most consistent measurement, as your hairline typically doesn't move around much. Wink

Good luck and happy hair thoughts!
