Sauna's and Jacuzzi's
Apr 3rd, 2004 at 5:10pm

Hi

I often go to the gym on the weekend just to unwind - have a session of a sauna and/or jacuzzi and sometimes a steam room if they have one in a hotel when I am traveling - but mostly sauna, jacuzzi or both.

Is this good/bad or indifferent re: what it does to your hair.

Thanks

M

I have a dry sauna at home and love to oil my hair then take a sauna - it's like a hot oil treatment for my hair and does wonders for the rest of me as well.

The jacuzzi is fine too, just don't sit with your hair in the water....the chemicals in the water are hard on the hair

But the relaxation has to be good for the hair!! Grin
