Well I have made it through the day without washing or scratching my scalp to pieces. I also cut splits and did a trim, I probably trimed less than 1/8 of an inch, I'm not sure hom much that is but I just wanted to grab new splits.  Wink

My hair came out soft but then I did leave conditioner sitting in it.

I bought my self a hair toy today of course it is just a head band but it is very comfortable. I broke my old one so i had to replace it Grin, and after i washed the conditioner out of my hair I found a bunch of old hair bands without metal and some clips, so I got something new and then found some that I already had just had forgotten about.

I did another mayo conditioning today for my monthly deep conditioning, was a few days late but man it felt good to get my scalp really clean and condition really good my hair was starting to feel dry. After washing out the mayo I use my Aloe conditioner from herba life. I won 100 dollars of free products so I got thier shampoo and conditioner great stuff, and then I used my leave in conditioner and my hair feels soft again its amazing what a little bit of mayo can do!!!

Need Help!!!!

I have changed the way I brush my hair, comb it, wash it, and condition it but I still have a ton of splits. I give my hair very special care and I still end up with the same amount of splits as before. I havent been trimming off the splits because it thins my hair out so bad I might as well cut it off so I'm just letting it grow. Maybe someone can help me?

How do you keep your hair when you sleep?  Is it possible that your hair is getting tangled, causing splits at night?

I usually sleep with it up unless I have silk pillow cases on. Could my son be causing it? He always has his hands in my hair playing with it, it is his security blanket.

If your son is pulling or tangling your hair, it could be causing damage.

I notice that you use Infusium 23.  This product is heavy with -cones.  Maybe you should work in a few vinegar rinses to remove any buildup of this product.  If you have a -cone build up, it can cause breakage.
