I love that dress - and well, red is my favorite color if pushed to choose.  It will look fabulous on you.

Cripes, you actually have me thinking about getting a dress ...g

Thanks, Gabi.  So, are you not a dress kind of girl?

Slept again with two loose braided low pigtails.  Hair is getting long enough it is comfy.

Hope LML order comes soon.

Have a day off, going back to bed.

What a pretty dress!  It is so Mary Poppins, and red will look great on stage.  Cheesy

Thanks, Khrome.  I'm anxiously awaiting the dress, sure hope it fits!

Tomorrow is meditation class day.  Kinda wish I was staying home and sleeping in instead.  I always feel better when I get there, though.  I'm planning on a candle meditation and perhaps a yoga nidra.  Then hubby & I are going to have Thai for lunch.  YUM.

Thinking about #19n#9 tonight.  After Stargate's over.

Well, hubby & I went for a walk so I think I'll be washing hair tomorrow.

Here's a pic of my hairstick storage drawers:

...

The tissue on top is more sticks waiting for more jewelry rolls to arrive.

Feels good to get 'em organized!  Should cut down on the time it takes me to pick out a pair (or two) to wear!

I love those drawers!  It's so nice to be able to what is in them.  And it's so colorful!  That's one thing I'll consider should I ever run out of room in the armoire.  Which I hope I don't, anytime soon!  Smiley

Oh Nah, it's not that - I just seem to forever be in either dog walking, running or painting clothes.  Formal wear is sweats without stains  Grin

I think Canada had a holiday this Monday - could mean delays  Sad...g

Oh, poop.  I hope there's no delay w/my order.   Cry

I know what you mean, Gabi.  If I'm not in yoga clothes for work I'm rarely dressed nicely.  Guess that's why I get so into my costuming (nah, its really my personality)!  What kind of painting do you do?

Thanks, Khrome, I like being able to see the rolls through the drawers.

Have meditation class - think I'll wear a bun.  At least I can wear clothes that are not strictly yoga type for this class.  Ahh, change can be really nice.  Now, which hairsticks shall I wear?  Let me consult the drawers... Grin

Cherry Swingstix & Primrose Petals Geishastix

Feeling very frustrated today, just a general feeling of it.

I was bugged that my bun is crooked.

Had a good time w/meditation class.

Thai restaurant wasn't open for lunch so we had Chinese.

Had a nice nap today.  Hair still dirty.

Oh well.

You must have had everyone staring at your hair.  Those sticks look fantastic in your bun!

Thanks, BB.  I was really bummed no one said anything.

Anyway, I think the combo looks cute.  I like all of the swinging parts.

Wow!!!
Sakina you outdid yourself yet again! Really eye-catching combination. I bet that those close to you would have been also attracted to the soft swinging sound the sticks made...
What's very good about the way you wear and show off your hair jewels is that they don't outshine you, rather you carry the look off with confidence and aplomb and that's very important.  Cheesy Wink
Way to go girl! Kiss

P.S. I love the transparent box. I got several small transparent boxes but in different colours, so I keep sticks according to colours. Do you keep your stick colour-assorted inside the rolls?

Thanks, one and all!  I am especially fond of that combination.  Grin

G_L, I color coordinate the sticks w/the color of the jewelry roll to help me keep track!  There are a few colors missing from the rolls, so I just make do in those cases.

Today I washed and wore a damp pony to work.  I decided to do the circle in class today-each student gets to pick the posture we'll do and I instruct it- I didn't know what would be chosen so I played it safe w/a pony.  Sure enough, an inversion was chosen!  It was fun, they enjoyed it too.

I'm having a banana split for dinner.  Gotta go eat it before it melts as I'm watching Two Towers.
