Dear Journal,

Yippee, I just purchased my Secret Valentines Red Gift!!!. It was so fun. I bought a few items that i know i would love if I received them. What a cute idea to banish the cold blues! I cant wait to ship this out!!!

Hair has been in a bun. I got a compliment yesterday. I bought a few cute long skirts today. Its going to my skirt collection. Roll Eyes

So far i have 16(thankfully). Roll Eyes

Yesterday i wore a long purpleish skirt with a black turtle neck, black short leather jacket and black long boots. My hubby rated my alfit an 11! Tongue

Ryan had a doctors appt today. Then i took him them to Chuckee cheese. Thankgod it was a blessed day.

Hair compliments are the best, aren't they?
During my birthday dinner, I stopped into the restroom to brush out my hair and an old lady came in shortly after, saw me brushing out my hair in front of the mirror and said, "You have beautiful hair." It made my night! Cheesy

Your outfit sounds sexyyyyy! heh I wish I had that many skirts!! Your closet must be sooo full! Wink

Morning/Day/Night/Seems like an Eternity Sickness- yesterday i was so ill. I feel much better today. Yesterday it started off bad with the worst headache ever. Then vomiting Sad

. It was so hard. Oh a place where there is no sickness or grief or pain. When will that be? Undecided

Maybe in 3000?

Hair- Curly hair is in a loose low bun this morning. I made more batches of herbal spray. I read that lavender spray can heal 90% of scalp problems. ??? It enhances growth. Maybe.

Reading- Newspaper every morning. Parents Magazines and a few prenatal books.

Movies- Watched Phantom of the Opera again yesterday while on my death bed. Good movie though. Worst Movie rated was Dukes of HAZZARDS with Jessica Simpson. Im not surprised. Roll Eyes

This is something that i'm not very sure of. But i remember once Gabby posted a website about herbs and which ones aren't OK for pregnant women, and if i remember correctly lavender was one of them. But since she has removed that post i can't be sure... sorry i don't want to sound alarming. Lips Sealed

i think i'm gonna check on it...

ETA-the only info that i found was that if God forbid you had ever had a miscariage, you should avoid lavender, and chamomile. i hope someone else can pitch in....

ETA again- i'm sorry but i guess i'm sounding stupid Embarrassed

Beesan thanks for the info. Its good to know. I think you are a very smart, mature girl! Thanks for letting me know about the herbs. I will keep that in mind.

Yesterday I went to a wedding. It was nice and happy couple. There were so many Long Haired Ladies. Roll Eyes

My hubby got an email claiming that a Rich family member of his died leaving us 15 millions dollars. Shocked

I found the letter this morning and decided to do some research. Turns out it is an awful fraud. HMMMMMMMMM. how did i guess? They want us to give us our bank account number to transfer the money. OK. NO. Then they need a few thousand dollars for a will, appropriate documents, and few other important things. Then there is another fee. Then they convince you that the only way to get your money is to go to Africa personally. After all how could they trust you will all that money.

Upon your arrival in Africa, to put it bluntly, you are screwed. They usually smuggle you into Nigeria without a visa (which is a serious crime there). Once you are in their hands, the moment you stop cooperating (i.e., paying them money), you will be threatened with arrest for illegally entering the country, your life will be threatened, most likely you will be severely beaten, and many times the victims are held for ransom. For this reason, it is common practice for the scammers to ask for the contact information of your spouse and other family members.

Nice try. Scam artists. If it sounds to good to be true it probobly is. BTW, its called the Nigerian Scam online.

I think I heard of that scam. There's another scam going around where someone claiming to be a travel agent calls and says you've won a prize, except you have to pay X amount of money to claim it. I've gotten a couple of calls from the same guy who said that he was from a travel agency and that I was randomly selected for a $1,000 shopping spree. I was 99% sure it was a scam the first time he called, but I was 110% sure when he called again a few weeks later with the same message even though I had turned it down the first time.

Poor Curlygirl. I feel your pain. Literally. I've been sick for the past 3 days. This is about my 4th time in probably 3 months. UGH!

Scammers are everywhere & I wouldn't insult my trade by calling them "artists!" You'd be surprised how many I encounter at work on a daily basis. Man, it's just pathetic what people will resort to in order to get money fast. Undecided

Pardon my ignorance, but what does ETA stand for? ???

The Bad Scam Scum Man called hubby today on his cell. Angry

Someone was calling at 7am and Lo and behold it was Bad Scam Scum Man Angry

. Poor Hubby got his hopes up. Sad

Arggg. I listened to his message and he said call him back asap because we dont want to miss in on this large sum of money. YEAH RIGHT!

Hair is in a dry bun today. Got a few errands to run. Be back later.

Dear Journal,

Today is such a nice day outside. Its super sunny and about 43degrees. 8) I went out to buy a bday gift because tomarrow we have a BDAY party to go to. I feel happy because i try to only think positive thoughts. Sad thoughts drain your energy. Im sure tomarrow will be a blast. Tongue

Cleaning- I have to urge to deep clean everything in sight. Shocked

. Throw out all clutter.

I took a quick shower today. Then spritzed with herbal spray and aloe gel. Then i took the kids to Mcdonalds so they can play and eat. Yesterdays bday party was fun. Tonight we are going to Disney on ICe. Hopefully all goes well.

There is a good movie coming on Lifetime. Yipee. I find pleasure in little things Roll Eyes

. Well I have a new mantra when i was searching "how to be happy". Nowadays its hard to be fully happy with the stresses of life. well i found a wonderful website which was called 'how to be happy and change the world'. hehe. Its wonderful. Its a FREE E BOOK online. It says change your life with 8 simple words. You guys, i was saying this to myself all day and I will tell you it is absolutely fabulous! The 8 words are a daily affirmation. I woke up feeling sad because i was feeling yes,yes ppl........... Fat and UGLY Tongue

. I have been feeling bad because i have been ill alot, and not sleeping so well. so i was felt bad about me. Yes it does happen. Tongue

so i researched how to be happy and i got a website/ebook FREE. its a .org. Well the 8 words are I AM ALWAYS TRUTHFUL, POSITIVE, AND HELPING OTHERS. I felt energized. When you have ugly thoughts in your head it steals away your energy. Its really helps. Your outlook on life is in our head. It makes perfect sense. Brilliant!
I went to a dinner party today. It was fab. I had the best time. I was posiftive, helping others(cleanup, +setup), and truthful. I even told this lady who had a coldsore my secret of how to get rid of it. yes i was helping her!!!If anyone needs to know how to get rid of a coldsore, just ask.

I felt great. Who knew 8 little words would HELP ME? ???The whole time while talking and nodding in the conversation, i had that mantra in my head. What a mental boost.
