Dear Journal,

Hair usually stays in a nice sleek bun everyday.  Yesterday i bought some Burt Bees conditioner and i really liked the ingredients that i read so i bought it. I used it today and it made my hair smell so nice.  I did a super cold rinse on my locks after the conditioner. Then i put some coconut oil and up in a sleek bun.

I have a drs appt with the vein Dr. . Hopefully i can hear some good news after being in so much pain and after all those shots.  I wish. Undecided  I also need a few things from the grocery store. I dont feel like doing anything. Its so hot outside. Gotta get going. (sigh)

Dear Journal,

Hair feels so thin and yucky. Argh.  I dont know if its the heat or what thats making my locks feel like this.   I used the Burt Bees conditioner  and its made with Grapefruit and Sugar Beet with marula oil.  The ingredients are:

Water, cetrimonium bromide & cetearyl alcohol (coconut oil emulsifier), sucrose ester (natural sugar ester), vegetable glycerin, honey, betaine (sugar beet), hydroxpropyltrimonium oligosaccharide (sugar moisterizer), marula oil, glucose (sugar). grapefruit oil, orange oil, lemon oil, tangerine oil, lime oil, ginger oil, petitgrain oil, polysorbate 60 (sugar emulsifier) glucose oxidase & lactoperoxidase (natural preservative).

It makes my hair smell nice. It must be the citrus ingredients.

A few movies i watched over the weekend was LOVE ME IF YOU DARE and THE NOTEBOOK.  They were sweet romance movies.  THE NOTEBOOK i watched when it first came out, its a very sweet movie. LOVE ME IF YOU DARE was a #1 hit in France. I enjoyed watching that movie. It was in french so it had english subtitles. I reccommend both to watch for drama and romance.

Julias doing well thankgod. She is growing so fast already. As for me, the doc said one more week of shots and im done. THANKGOD. My neck is still  killing me and my body feels sore.

Dear Journal,

It seems like its taking my hair forever to grow. I have curly hair so it will always seem shorter when dry. It feels like i will get to my dream hair length in about 20 years. Jeez, i hope it doesnt take too long.

Dear Journal,

Today i did a  'conditioning hair dress' on my hair.   Its called All Ways Natural Super Grow. Its  made with Vitamin E, Rosemary and Jojoba to Promote Healthy Hair Growth.  Hopefully it works.

Goodnight.

Thanks ladies Kiss. Your support has helped me through some tough times!

Trisha, Thankyou Lord is right!

Curlgirl,  You are such a brave person. I am such a big baby! I cant imagine taking shots for 7 years. Bless your heart.

BB, when you told me you had a blood clot too, I was hoping my hair can grow as long as yours. I Thought my blood might affect my hair growth. Did you ever hear of healthy blood, healthy hair? Im not worried anymore. I still have hope!

Healthy blood,, healthy hair.  Can't say I've ever heard that one.  However, since the blood is what "feeds" the scalp, it would make some sense.

I've not been known to have the healthiest blood.  Up until recently I always struggled with anemia and low blood pressure - a bad combination.  Menopause has taken care of the anemia (Whoo hoo, I can donate blood without having to worry about what time of the month it is!).

I'm sure your hair will do just fine - just give it time! Smiley

Thanks BB. Smiley I will be patient with my hair.

After the shower, i put aloe gel on my hair. Now it is a nice cool bun. It makes my scalp feel cool and calm. I love aloe gel. We have some guests coming to see Jules in  a little bit.  Gotta get going!

Dear Journal,

I just found out today that my HS sweetheart got married. He has 2 years of med school left.   It didnt work out  between us. We just drifted apart. Undecided

Well hair wise, my hair is in  a frizzy curly bun.  The heat is drying my hair out. "I need moisture" my hair screams. I am going to condition it with cocoa butter.

talk later Smiley
