dear online journal,

i have been eating so much to help the hair growth.  i met this lady at this health food store , she was an older beautiful woman who had long silver hair up to her rear down and straight. i told her i loved her hair and i am trying to grow it very long. she told me that she eats very well and she said that helps hair to grow very fast. i have been trying that so we shall see.  she was so sweet. you can tell that long haired ladies are sweet, romantic, patient, and nice.  i wish i have hair like that when i am her age!

also i put my hair things in 3 different size, clear caboodles that i got from kmart. i put my hair things in there and i love them.  they are so neat and look nice in the bathroom closet. its fun to have a hair toy collection. its a good hobby.

about my loss, its hard but its also a mercy because my grandfather was in a lot of pain so he is out of his pain and in a better place. that is comforting.

dear online journal,

i am going to take a cold rinse shower than put my hair in a fun bun and put a flower in it. that is my style. i love that look. ever since i went to hawaii i loved that free fun loving styling that means your friendly and sweet. its so me. i want to buy more hair flowers and hair accessories from h&m and claires. but my hubby told me no. Undecided i just guess i will use what i have. its ok that i cant buy whatever my heart desires, but if i did wheres the fun in that???  that would be boring at least i can make list of what i would like to buy then buy one once a month. i deserve one once a month. dont i? well let me also add my hubby hates when i go to a salon. he likes my hair really long. i keep forgetting to put jojoba oil on the ends.  yersterday thankgawd my mom liked my hair i think its the first time ever in my life. it was in a sleek bun and i put a light pink flower in it that i got from h&m. i love that storee!!!! its by karl la(whatever dont know how to spell his last name)  so he designs chanel. so it is chanel clothes on a bugdet. so i am really wearing chanel. brilliant!

dear online journal,

well i took a cold rinse shower and put my hair in a fun bun. i heard that if u fall in love your hair grows faster. i guess maybe because you are happy ur hair gets happy 2.  well im soooooo grateful for this journal. i just cant wait till my hair get really long, but because its curly it looks 5 inches shorter when dry. thats tough. oh well patience patience and prayer. boy have i been praying hard. its such a nice day. i just like to take a nap on a day like this. so peaceful and springy. well i have been eating heartily because i want my hair to grow faster and i thought that might help. but i have been forgetting to take my vitamins. i need to do my yoga 2. my life would be so much easier if i had long thick hair. hopefully it will happen one day.just took my vitamins, one prenatal.msm, evening primose, and biotin.

CurlyGirl22, have you tried any of the Raw Food cookbooks?  I have one called "The Raw Gourmet" by Nomi Shannon.  It's a pretty simple book, loads of gorgeous photos and easy recipes.  I'm new to raw foods, and while I need a lot of protein I wanted to add a few raw meals to my weekly diet.

I wonder if your recent increase in shedding comes from the change in your diet.  Not that its hurting your hair but that your body chemistry may be changing.  Just a thought.

Thanks for the bit about the natural hairspray-I'd love to try it.

Do you think you have less split ends because of keeping your hair in a bun?

hey sakina!!

im on and off raw but the only raw food book i tried was carol alts book eating in the raw. the one u said sounds good so i might buy it.

also about split ends, im not sure if i have less, but i know that keeping my hair in a bun protects it. by the way i just trimmed about a finger nail long off the ends using the morrocco method lunar chart.  i also ordered euro oil  for healthy hair.

about losing hair today thank god  i only lost 2 when i showered in a cold water rinse. so i think ur right i did read one time that ur hair needs to be balance once u go raw . im eating carrots now. crunchy. my sister was nice enough to tell me that im gaining weight yesterday.   Lips Sealed shes sooooo sweet. Angry ruined my whole day. oh well.

but i truely reccommend falling in love ppl. try it. it works!!!!!

well i took a warm- cold rinse shower then put my hair in a fun bun. i measured it and it was only 27inches. i want it to be 30 so bad by the end of the year. i cant wait. patience patience patience. i might try to take up a hobby. like cooking or focus on my diet and do pilates.  summer is almost here.  i took my vitamins with a hot lemon water. i also heard that gets rid of belly fat. lemon water that is. hopefully it works. i did do it last summer and it does work fast for vacation when i went to egypt.

dear online journal,

well i just took a cool refreshing bubble bath and i put a dab of euro oil, one dot of shine cream(that i got from the healthfood store) and one dot of frizz cream( also from healthfood store).  now  i put it in a fun bun. my hair finally feels happy. i read that if you treat your  hair right in almost all cases it will result in a healthy head of hair. when i read that yesterday it was soooooooo comforting and i immediately felt my hair was happier. my hair is not depressed anymore. its not sad or lonely. its not crying . no more bad hair days. my hair is finally loving itself. or i  am finally loving it. yes thats it i am finally learning to love my hair for the first time in my life. i am so grateful to have curly brunette locks. i never thought i would be saying that. its been a horrible cycle. my mom hated her curly hair. my sister straightens her hair everyday. its in my genes to hate my hair. but now i finally love it. i know there is curly hair discrimination out there i have heard many hurtful commments like your hair is always big and frizzy. many more.... but i dont want to remember that now.  i just want to celebrate this journal, my curly luscious locks, and this website. im sooo glad i found jojoba oil. my hair thanks me all the time. oh yes now i know y im in a good mood. i measured my hair and it is 28 inches. HOOORAY.  EVEn though the ends are crunchy.  hopefully i will reach my goal of 35 inches in april 2006.   then i will maintain and trim by the moon for thickness. praying is awesome it soooooo works.

dear online journal,

well i went for a walk with my neighbor in the sunny morning , so i put aloe vera on my hair and my fun bun because of the suns unforgiving rays.  last summer my hair got burnt i left it down all the time and didnt protect it. hopefully this summer will be better and next year i will reach my goal hair.   also  suave conditioner with humectants(keep moisture in) is awesome. i love it. im going to cold rinse shower and use it on my ends.  then put some euro oil on and a ton of other crap. man anna kornikova has some gorgeous hair. its sooooo long and healthy.im soooooooo jealous.

dear online journal,

HOOOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! today was the best hair day ever in such a long time. thank gawwwwwwwwwwd!!!!  it was the most lush shiny boteccelli goddess curls ever. thank gawdddd. i got 3 compliments on it. my hair has been depressed for a little while i have to thank it all to when i went to kmart and bought a bottle of aloe gel. it works awesome. well i made up my own hair thingy and its been working. im shocked. well after i shower i put conditioner only on the ends, then when i get out i spray lavender water on it, then i scrunch gently with a small white towel, next i put one drop of jojoba and then one drop of euro oil on the hair. then one dollop of aloe gel. i comb it out with a wide tooth comb then let it air dry. i didnt touch it much today and voila. the royal hair gods have answered my prayers! i feel worried because my cousins wedding is coming up so im not sure what to do with my unruly hair. but i just might leave it natural and curly.  this must be a sign from god for all my prayers. thanks god again and i wish good hair to all.

dear online journal,

well, i threw away two hair scizzors yesterday. i refuse to cut or trim my hair ever again, until it becomes desireable goal lenghth. i keep trimming length for no good reason. it just keeps getting shorter. still 28 inches. because its curly it looks much more shorter than it is. i was watching this makeover thingy on tv and this 17 year old girl never ever cut her long gorgeous curls. it was covering her rear. it was soooooooooo my dream. i hate to show my rear!!   hopefully it will get like that ONE FINE DAY. long hair is good for all occasions weddings, grad parties, showers , and b day parties. u cant go wrong. i wish it would grow 6 inches overnight. im going to pray all night!
