Due to an unfortunate childhood incident involving some sort of chocolate mint cookie, I can't stomach most combinations of chocolate and mint anymore.  *However* I love Andes mints and Lindt has what I believe is a dark chocolate infused with mint bar.  Now dark chocolate...mmmmmmmmm...I love dark chocolate.  Not the Hersey cr** either.  I'm talking the bars with 70%, 80%, 99% cocoa content that are sooooooo good.  Darn, now I'm hungry!
