It's funny, I've never thought of hurricanes hitting Canada. Roll Eyes  I hope you stay safe, are you on the coast?

Swords and candleabras...you're really going all out with the bellydancing.  Isn't it great to find something that you can enjoy so much? Cheesy

I am not on the coast thank god!... I have always wanted to try sword dancing!  I first saw it in a Sinbad movie many years ago.  It is great to have a neat hobby like belly dancing! Cheesy

Dear Hair Diary,

Daylight savings time has got me out of wack, yuck!  Tongue  Hairs been doing good,  I've been wearing head scarves outside to kep the dry winds off.  I was in the bank yesterday and was standing behind a girl whose hair was a dried out spilt end mess. She had lots of thick black hair up in a pony tail.  I felt bad Embarrassed

Hopefully the mailman will show up with my zills today, I am dieing to try them!  I've had hubby home for four days and I am happy he's at work. Cheesy

Bye for now! Cool

Dear Hair Diary,

I got my zills today!! Cheesy  They have such a nice ring and are so pretty!!  I sat and measured the elastic and swed them in place, they even gave me two little beads to put on the thumb elastics!

I need to do a S&D on my hair soon, maybe tomorrow along with my facial?  That would be fun.  I am thinging of another story to put up. The one in question is a little steamy so I have to alter it a bit.

bye for now! Cool

Dear Hair Dairy,

I did my S&D today and did not find to many split ends! Cool  I made barley stew today, yummy!
(Sigh)...  I'm still 140 - 142 lbs.  Wish it would go away! 10 more pounds would be nice.  Mind you, I do feel alot better and more flexable. ...

Tomorrow um... today I will be doing my Core workout, its a killer....  Poor hubby came home so sore from work he was walking around like a old man. So I gave him a full body massage and put him to bed....

How is everyone liking the new story?

Any way I'm off!...

Dear Hair Diary,

I would like to thank everyone for your support and hugs regarding that other board.  I am feeling a lot better now.  Hubby was very upset at these people; he too has run into snots and snobs on his hobby pages and had some nasty words to say about them.

I washed my hair yesterday, it needed it really bad.  Thanks to the damp weather it came out nice and curly.  Mind you my bones hate the damp and after Thursday’s ab workout with Neon, I needed a break, talk about sore a breastbone!  So I did stretches, had a walk and did my zill practice.  I am making some really cute mufflers for my zills.   These zills are so nice, they have a sweet ring to them.  They are small ones that are just right for my little hands.
The other night I took the coins off my veil.  I found that it is a lot easier to use now.

Bye for now! Smiley

Hugs to you, 'nee san! I'm glad hubby was sympathetic and understanding. Man, I never knew some plant people enthusiasts could be so uppity.

I'm glad you're feeling better now. Smiley

I'd love to know how you like using the zill muffs once you try them out.  I always wondered what the quality of the sound would be with those.  I put little round felt furniture pads on the inside of my zills to muffle the sound a bit.  It works out okay I suppose as I don't know what muffled zills are actually supposed to sound like, other than less loud. Tongue

La Diosa,  Thanks sweetie!  I wondered about the sound of muffled zills too.  What I do is start out practice wihtout them to make sure I'm doing it right an that they are meeting properly.

Dear Hair Dairy,

Oh my lord, lastnight was a food orgy at Mums.  We both ate way too much. Tongue Tongue  I hadn't been there for a while as mum just grates my nerves sometimes.  She called an begged me to come over so I went.  Poor hubby had such a stomach ache.  I tried to get him to take someone but he wouldn't.  I hit the Alka Sleser (sp?) and that helped.  Sheeezz!  She knows I'm on a diet and she buys all this stuff, damn! Lips Sealed

My SIL has wanted another child for while now, her and her husband have been sperated for about a year or so.  She was trying to get another husband but that failed so she opted for a sperm donor. We all thought this was nuts.  She can barely handle the baby she has now.  Anyway she was artificialy inseminationed this weekend.  Personally I think this was a bad idea, but what can I do?

Today I have to work off the weight I must have gained making a pig of myself. Undecided Embarrassed

bye for now!

Dear Hair Diary,

I've been a busy little bee these last few days.  I've got rid of some of the x-mas shopping already.  Having worked in retail I will not go to stores anymore at x-mass time.  I've got my doctor on thursday whoopie! Tongue I'm up early as I made a yoghert cheese lastnight and it been hanging in the sink and I have to take it down in a hour.  It's a neat way to make cream cheese that's not as fattening.  I'll let you all know how it turned out.  Remember the Lime Pickle I made in the summer?  That turned out well and I have been eating it.  It's very peppery and tart.  Hubby will not go near it! Grin Roll Eyes

Did my core workout on Monday and my moving mediation yesterday along with a walk.   Today is bellydancing! Cool  Lastnight PMS was getting on my nerves so I tried a fennel and peppermint herb tea and that was very relaxing.

I heard my country now has a bed bug problem. Shocked  Just the thought gives me the whillies!  ...   I keep my bed very clean, I just got a new mattress and I vacuum it and spray it with Lysol regularly.  I'm thinking of the slobs who live downstairs and don't do any cleaning at all. Tongue

Hairs been doing okay, has been very curly due to the weather.

Anyway bye for now! Smiley
