Hey Lisabelle,  Smiley

Just out of curiosity, what is this "moving meditation" that you talk about? I confess to being pretty green on the whole meditation thing, so I haven't heard of it.

Ah... the moving mediation, I love it!  It's a neat program that uses Tai Chi, Yoga and Qigong.  You move and breath with these poses.  I find it very settling and a good stretch too! It has the moving as well as the seated meditation.  Its on a DVD called Meditation through Movement from the Method DVD series of which I got from a friend. Cool  I've been doing Tai Chi for a while now and have used mediation for years. Wink

Dear Hair Dairy.

Hair is a mess today so I'm going to use a little baby powder to take away the grease for my doctors appointment.  Yuck it that time of the month Tongue, can't wait till it's all over for good.  I've been working on " The Christmas Wish'. I had to hack it up a bit and was having trouble replacing scenes.  Hope it doesn't sound too crappy.

Anyway I got to clean up the mess hubby made last night. Sad

Bye for now.

Dear Hair Diary,

Went to the doctor yesterday.  I am still 140 -142lbs and I am pissed!  I cannot get rid of my belly and butt!  Hubby says I am gaining muscle and that's what's keeping my weight up.   Angry Embarrassed

Anyway I need to wash my hair today and do a clarify.  Got to do the laurndy as well. Tongue I am having trouble with an with Ebay I won last week.  I went to pay for it  lastnight to find that the listing is gone.  The invoice does not work anymore so I cannot pay for it.  I sent the seller an e-mail and am waiting for a responce.  This is really strange...

Anyway I'm off! Smiley

Yeah, your husband is most likely right, but I know how frustrating plateaus can be.

Your eBay situation does sound pretty weird.  I've never heard of that happening before.  Currently, I'm having an eBay issue myself. Roll Eyes  I hope everything works out for you. Smiley

Thanks Sweetie!  Plateaus stink! Tongue
Apparently the ebay seller made a mistake while putting his store on vacation hold.  He deleted all his lisitings.  So I can either wait 2 weeks for him to come back or buy the CD elsewere.  I'm like Doh! I was having a hard time finding that CD.  Oh well, try again.

Dear Hair Dairy,

I just made some wicked chinese stir fry al la low cal.  Man that was good!  Thinking of food, the yoghert cheese came out great, if anyone wants to know how to make it let me know. Wink

Hair's not behaving, (bad girl!!!)  It's funny, when you want to make a messy bun it won't work but when you want a neat on it goes nuts. Roll Eyes Huh

Today was the neighborhood Santa Claus parade. They blocked off my street for hours so we were stuck in so we watched James Bond movies.  Well, it time for a bath.

Bye for now! Cool

Dear Hair Diary.

Hairs been okay, I've been doing the bun thing lately.  Have to do my heat cap treatment soon.  Been feeling down latley, just blah. Tongue  I need some excitment in my life!  I have been practing a veil dance I saw on youtube as a treat for hubby on new years.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erNazsM1oPE   The only moves I have trouble with is the windmill turn, can't figure it out and the nomad, the veil keeps slipping off my head.  Also veils have life of there own sometimes!  They go were they want to go at the oddest times! Grin Huh

I was thinking of another story to put up, problem is I never finished it.  I've tried a few times but can't seem to get it.  Oh well maybe I'll try again.

Anyway bye for now!...

What kind of veil do you have?  The fabric makes a big difference in the handling of a veil.
I watched the video, its quite good.  For the windmill turn, I suggest focusing on the arm that starts at the top.  Keeping both arms straight they just switch places using the turn to get there.  (Up, down, etc)
For the nomad, be sure to keep the veil taught between your index and middle finger, pulling the veil down and a little forward.  You'll keep the tension on with your fingers during the arm movements.

Thanks for the tips!  I have a chiffon veil.  I love the silk veil the lady uses in the video. Cool

The arthitis in my left arm hurt something wicked yesterday....  I wear a magnetic braclet that usually helps but it was bent out of shape and not working.  I had hubby bend it back and now I have some relief!...

I opted to put up my Edward the Brave story, hope eveyone's enjoying!  The other one I wanted to post is not finished  Tongue Writers blocks! Embarrassed

Bye for now! Cool
