I"m glad you liked the water/jojoba oil idea! I've never tried making it with rose water, I'm sure it works better that way.  I've never tried rose water but I heard it's good for hair and skin, what kind do you buy and where do you get it?

Smiley I get my rosewater from an East Indian grocery store here in town.  I cannot remember the name of the rosewater brand.  But they also have orange blossom water too of which I haven't tried.

Dear Hair Dairy,

My henna's all mix up, in the cones and ready to go!  Tonight I start with my left hand, then tomrrow with the right.  I will probably do my feet too!  I like putting accents on my hip bones and shoulders and some times my inner thighs! Roll Eyes

Did my belly dancing yesterday and had fun.  I've been dancing around the house doing my cleaning.
I was just thinking of my "Christmas Wish" story.  My hubby and I fight like the caracters, I guess that's were l got the idea for them.  He can be just as bitchy as Gustuv, but he melts just as easly. Roll Eyes  I've been working on a few stores at the moment, some I can never get an ending to.  I have a bad habit (some people say) of making too  many sad ending to a story.  I do make multipul endings to most of my work.  There's one story, I dare say made people very upset.  It was a rough and tough Middleages story, it had romance and gritty bloody wars.  It is the story of an orphan who grows up in 1100's England, his life controled my a manical wizard bent on turning the boy on his real father.  This story was on the net years ago.  People either loved it or hated it.  I would like to share it here some day.

Anyway X-mass is next week!  Holy Crow!

bye for now! Cool

Dear Hair diary,

My left hand is done! Cheesy  Tonight is the right hand.  I already have a nice stain so far and I am helping it along with some tigerbalm and a glove to keep it warm.  Once it's all done I take some pictures.

I watched some x-mass tapes lastnight while I did my henna.  My favorite funny is Blackadders X-mass, funny! Rowan Atkinson is a scream!

Today is bellydancing!

I'm off! Cool

Dear Hair Diary,

Right hand is done!  its just under a glove right now keeping warm.  Once it develops I take some pics.
My eyebrows are growing in and getting hairy! Tongue  I use to have huge eyebrows al a Brooke Sheilds.  In my heavy Gothic faze I shaved them right off and drew them on.  I would always wear eye pencil, even to bed!  Now I use eyebrow wax to keep them from looking like wild women! Grin

As yes, dopey husband has left some x-mass shopping to the last bloody minute.  He had to work today and I thought man, why didn't you get what you had to on the other day of which you had off???   Huh I wish I knew why men do this.  When I worked in retail I had guys coming in on X-mass morning at 8:00 to by gifts. (yes I had to work on x-mass Angry )

Anyway, I didn't get much sleep lastnight so I'm gong back for a kip Wink

Dear Hair Diary,

I took this pic of the henna lastnight.

...

It's hard to get the angle right and my battery was giving up. I started to do the palms too so I will post pics when there ready. Smiley

Talk about Scrooge!  Hubbies boss gave him squat again for x-mass! When he came home he had a bottle of wine in his lunchbox and I thought well its about time B gave him something, but it turned out to be from a client. What an arse B is. Angry

I found out that my MIL now knows why I do not come over to her place as much as she would like me to do.  She asked Hubby last time he was there without me if she had said something to upset me and he said yes and she was like oops...    It took her long enough to figure this out, try 18 years.  ...  You get what you give and I am not going to subject myself to her when she acting mean or not minding her own business, hell with that.  I think in-laws must relaise that they can put alot of pressure on there childern's spouses.  My MIL has scared away a lot of hers daughter boyfriends over the years, okay some were not the greatest but no one needs the extra stress.  When I came to my family my Mom douted over my hubby and my Dad was pretty cool.  I'll never forget the first time they met. Dad was reading the paper in his recliner, eyesglasses perched on the end of his nose.  Hubby walks in and says hello and Dad lookes over his glasses and gives him a look that could break a mirror! Grin  Later when he was gone my Dad said He's too old for you!  I was 21 and Hubby was 24 but he did not look like it.  Dad like he's 40!  No I said he's just bald! Grin Ah, its good to remember....
Dec 31 is our offical wedding anniversary.  I remember dashng out of the house on a freezing cold morning in a then strange country to get married.  The borrowed wedding dress I had was so thin I had to wear a sweater, just like my Mom did when she married Dad, they got married in January 1962.  oh dear I'm rambling away at 6.58 in the morning. Shocked

Bye for now! Wink

Our bonus at work is a desktop calendar, two small Chritmas tree decorations and chocolate candies Undecided
Better than nothing at all I guess Roll Eyes

In laws can be such outlaws at times Shocked
One day my wife's dad came over and blurted out, "I'm about to disown you!" (talking to me)  And I was kind of shocked and just asked him why.  So he told me I was being unsocialable to him and grumpy.  I said I was sorry and I would try to not be that way.  I guess that answer was good enough for him because he and I are getting along pretty good now.

But, when it comes to him if I told him what I really thought we would disown me Shocked
And the feelings I have now all started because of a camping/fishing trip which turned into a nightmare which happened about 12 years ago Roll Eyes
The weather was windy and crappy so fishing was out of the question so we were loading up his boat.  He got in a bad mood because of it and all of a sudden he yells, "You forgot to put the plug in the back of the boat, don't you know anything about boats!"  And that did it for me.  I thought, what an ungrateful jerk Shocked   So I just clammed up and did not say one word after that.
We got the boat loaded and went to his camper and just sat there.  All of a sudden he blurts out, "F**k it, this is bulls**t!"   So we headed back to town and he took us to our apartment.
We got there and as we were getting out he says, "I don't know what I said to upset you guys?"  And I am thinking yeah, right Angry
So, after that I pretty much lost most of or any respect I had for him Angry    I have thought about bringing it up but he would probably deny anything even happened like that on that day.

Anyway, that is the big one for me but sometimes the things he says I wish he would just keep to himself (either things he says to me or when he says things to my wife who tells me what he said later).

Enough about me, I hope you and your MIL can get along now and I hope things go good between you and her.

Mothers-in-law. Bleh!  Tongue

Your hands look great, Lisabelle! Can't wait to see them when they're all finished. How long does the henna stain typically last?

And sorry about your husband not getting any Christmas kickdown. That sux. My company gives everyone $75 giftcards.
