Dear Hair Diary,

On the hair front, hair was doing okay till I did my saturday acv rinse and condition.  My hair went all yucky!  Embarrassed  Hmmm.  I think I will skip the next one and see what happens.

On another front I have to see the family doctor, who I do not like.  Years ago I injurered my shoulder and leg in two mishaps.  Now the pain is really bad.  Advil saved the day but I want to see what the damage really is.  My left wrist clicks and goes numb: Arthritis, nerve damage?  Well we shall see tomorow. My doctor is not the nicest person in the world and thanks to the health system up here I cannot change doctors easily.

Bye for now  Undecided

I don't know much about Canadian medicine, but I'd go to a chiropractor.  I'd also consider accupuncture for pain management.

Sorry to hear you're in pain.  Hope you feel better.  Kiss

Good Luck!

Thanks everyone!

Sakina I was defiantly thinking of accupuncture.  I don't want to be drugged up.  Even Advil makes me spacey! Tongue

Dear Hair Diary,

Washed my hair today and it's behaving well.  Went to the doctor, who, was nice to me...(wonder what happened to him?)  He sending me for an x-ray.  That will be next month as the waiting list is huge!!  He thinks I might have torn my rotater cup in my left shoulder?  Well we shall see!

bye for now

(hey! who has my tiger balm? ...runs after hubby!)

I'm glad to hear your doctor was nice this time.  Torn rotator cuff - ooooo that can take forever to heal.  Hope you find out for sure soon so you get treatment.

I hope your pain gets better, and that you are able to learn more about your condition. It's a bummer to not know what's wrong Sad

Tiger balm is what we use at our house too.

Anais

edited to add: Maybe your doctor has been reading your hair journal.

I guess all the candle burning and doing some spells worked after all YOUR DOC WAS NICE  8)

*just kidding*

You will have to be patient with your shoulder. This will take a lot of time and PT to ensure proper healing. (if it's really the rotator cuff) Good Luck  Smiley

Dear Hair Dairy,

Hair been acting dry lately but jojoba oil has helped dramatically!    I need to find those hair rats that match your color.  The socks are great but sometimes the sock shows throught Tongue  I need a hair minon!!  Grin

Racked up at Ikea yesterday and got a 200 dollar Queen size bed for 100 bucks!  Weee!  My futon is so old it was time for a change!

My shoulder has given me a break for a while (thank gods!) Now I can do housework!  Sad

Bye for now Cheesy
