I usually use Tosca in a can. This time I used an Indian brand that cames in a box. Wink

Dear Hair Diary,

Just took a nice bath and had a evoo and suger scrub.  Ahhhhhh... Smiley  There's nothing like a bath when you fee like crap.

Last night we rented Apocalypto.  Excellent film! I give it ******* stars!  It had a great story line and was filmed masterfully.  Gibson's protrayal of the Maya people was stunning, yet down to earth. It was subtitled in Mayan but that did not take away from the movie whatsoever.  It is bloody but not so gorey as to cause me to turn away. No Montezuma's revenge for Gibson! Cool

Bye for now! Cheesy

Ohh, a bath... I would kill for a bathtub to relax in! All I've got is a dinky shower stall. I'm hoping I'll have one soon. And I do want to see Apocalypto. Now that I've got a reccomendation I think I shall rent it as soon as I am able.

This is my bathtime treat! Smiley I mix suger and evoo and exfolate my skin while in a hot bath. I add different eo's depending on the mood.  I have nasty dry skin so this feels really nice. Just make sure you clean out the tub or the next person is in danger of slipping.  I also wash with olive oil soap afterwards then powder my skin down for a nice silky affect.  Cool

Dear Hair Diary,

Tomorrow is wash day and tonight I will put in some emu oil mixed with jojoba and emu.   I saw a really nice movie on the pay channel this afternoon.
It was called Mistress of Spices and starred the lovley Aishwarya Rai and the handsome Dylan McDermott.  It a neat tale of a girl who belongs to a mysitical spice cult and is sent from India to Oakland CA were she opens a shop.  She can see the future and gives advice and sells spices to the people of the town.  She reminds me of a village seer or wise women.  I could just smell the spices!  This movie is sweet and romantic!  I give it ******** stars!

Tonight I am cooking veggie meat cabbage rolls, one of hubbies favorites.

Bye for now!  ...

Dear Hair Diary,

Damn it's been hot!  We went looking for A/C's yesterday.  Thing is our **&^% of a landlord will charge us extra on our rent for the unit.  I happen to need this A/C as my medication makes this weather unbearable. Embarrassed

After my belly dancing yesterday I took a long bath and did a CO.  The henna on my hands came out really dark Cool  I would love to do my feet next.  Crap, it's 10:30 and it's already getting hot.  Oh well I should do my cleaning now before it gets really nasty. Cry

bye for now!

Thanks! Smiley  Say,  I found my neck cooler. It was made by my neighbor down the block when she was pregnant, she was selling them at a gatage sale.  It a peice of cloth like a tube that has these beads in it that swell when soaked in water.  Once it hydrated I freeze it and use it to cool off.  I just wore it on my power walk and and it worked great!

Funny you mention that because they are sold on QVC and work really well.  In a pinch the cold washcloth works for me!
