My "long-hair" days are over.  Cry My hair was growing out from a pixie cut quite nicely, and it was in an ear-length ish bob (layers were still kinda funky from the pixie).
But when the stylist cut the hair off the back of my neck, I saw what I'd been dreading. My eczema had returned because of all the moisture trapped in by long hair. That's why I had to cut my hair in the first place.
So I don't think I'll ever have long hair again. Cry

I'm so sorry you are having to give up on your dream.  Have you tried wearing your hair off your neck to prevent the problem?  A high ponytail?  Braids to the sides?

How about using a diffuser on cool to dry the underside?

And of course, you are always welcome here - regardless of the length of your hair.
