Ahhh...that is lit up very nice.  I'd been to Niagara Falls several times as a little girl, when visiting my family in Buffalo.  However, we only went in the daytime, so I've never seen it like this.  It's so pretty!  I bet that was romantic! Smiley

The pic of you is very nice too, you look very happy! Smiley

Dear Hair Diary,

Did a clairfy the other day.  I am still finding alot of spiltends here and there.  I keep a little sissors with me to cut them.  It kinda strange seeing a grey hair with a splitend!

Yesterday we went to Chinatown and I got some really nice japanese Shoji screens for the bedroom.  They were a steal at $50.  I also got a string of really cute lanterns.
 ......
...
While we were there I treated Don to some Peking duck for lunch.  We then went to my favorite Japanese food store "Sanko" and picked up some pickled plums and spices. The store own is a cute little old man and he gave me some rice candy for free!  This is the stores web site.http://www.toronto-sanko.com/en/  Its heaven!

Today I am going to relax and watch a movie Smiley

I really love your screen!  The price was great too!  From what I can see of your appartment, it's pretty nice also!Good for you! Cheesy

I bought a screen for my bedroom but just recently put it out on the  patio.  I like it better out there.  Only now, I need another decoration for my bedroom. Roll Eyes

Thanks sweetie!  I finally bought some houseplants.  I got three different breeds of Ivy vines.  There great cause we have filtered light so they should do well.  I believe my poor bonsai is dieing.  Cry  Maybe I wil get another one.  I will save the pot, never know what I can creat from that.  Thiniking of bedroom decor how about a fountain?  I saw some really nice ones while I was in china town last week and was thinking of getting one.  I am so embrassed...I cannot decor to save my life! lol!!!  I need a nice picture for my washroom.  The wall in there is just screaming for it!  I was thinking of ladies at a bath, a nice classic nude.

Dear Hair Diary,

I've been so busy I haven't washed my hair in a bit.  I gave away the native conditioner I was using as it was not proved to have not enough mostuire in it for my curls.  I went to Wally World to pick up my meds yesterday and was pissed off that they stopped carrying Jason products....  However we walked around and Don found some Avalon Organics and at a half way decent price too!  He picked out the Lavender nourishing conditiner with Beta Glucane and Babassu oil.  So I gave it a shot, hairs nice and soft so we will see how it holds up.  I already use there Lemon clariflying shampoo..so does Don Smiley

I just watched one of the best suspences/thrillers I've seen in a long time:  Number 23 with Jim Carrey. Awesome flick!

Oh my lord...last saturday we had a bad rain storm and the power went out in my area.  Don and I had to go out so we figured the light would be back on when we returned.  Nope!  Even the street lights were out!  Very scary and dangerous.  What I reallu did not like was when we came home the hallway emergecy lights were out!  How did we find our unit let alone the key holes?  Leave it to me!  I have a lipgloss that has a light in it!  We used that to find our way up the stairs, down the hall and to our place.  It was pitch dark and I was scared stiff!  The power did not come on again till around 2 in the morning.  I have a large candlebra and lit that which really helped plus lots of tea lights.  We have since stocked up on more candles as we were told this happens alot.

Well I am off to make dinner!

Grin Light up lipgloss - I love it. Having worked nights, I learned to carry a small flashlight on my keychain at all times.

That looks really nice.  So that's what those screens are called...

*ough!*  When you can't rely on someone to keep stocking your favorites.

Number 23, thanks for the recommendation.
