Hey everyone. I decided to do a piece of my hair wet but it has been towel dried a bit. Notice all the different lengths I have to work with?

Your hair looks great - even wet!  If you don't like the layers, you could pick a length to stay at while the rest catches up.  It may not be fun to be stuck at a what appears to be one length for such a long time, but once you get everything to the same length, you are ready to let it grow as long as you want!

I think your hair is beautiful but I know too many layers are a hassle.  I would follow Bikerhead's advice in your case until you're rid of the layers.
