Dear Journal,

Well my laptop is broken. Sad.  So that why i havent been on for a while.  I missed my journal. I have been doing coconut oil treatments almost everyday. My hair just feels so thin and yucky. I usually just keep it in a sleek  bun. If i leave it down and curly it will just get frizzy.   Gotta get going.

Hey CurlyGirl!  Yes the Cyclones are a Brooklyn NY team.  The Keyspan Park which they call home is new and in Coney Island, near the boardwalk and Ocean.  It is a beautiful park to play minor league ball in and very family oriented!  Don't despair about your hair, all will be ok onc your hormones calm down and the weather is good for us curlies!!

Hi Curlgirl,

Thanks for the info about NY. I was born in Brooklyn. I
love NY.

Unfortunately, I had two major knots in my hair on Sunday. I had to comb them out and put a ton of coconut oil on them.  That also happened to me after i had Ryan. Huge knots that were horrid. It was a nightmare. Thankgod thats over with though.

CG-
I was just reading your old posts from when you started the journal. Are you still doing the raw food thing? Have you noticed a difference in your health in general? I've wondered about that. I'm a veg.  (just prefer how it tastes, not ideallogically one necessarily) but my doc had me add fish lately because of a low iron count. I always like hearing about other healthy eating ideas. I also admire you for kicking the coffee. I drink only a cup a day, but I don't know if I could totally get rid of it. I love the smell! Maybe, since I like tea so much, I could shift to an herbal tea addiction.

Another tea tottler here!  I kicked coffee over ten years ago. I've been learning how to do the Japanese tea ceremony from a book I have.  Green tea is great! ^o^!!!

Hi Ladies Smiley,

Its been crazy here. My laptop is not working and no extra time to go on my PC.

RTG,  I am not doing the raw food thing anymore. Its too hard in the real world for me. Being a veg is easier for me and for eating out.   Im back on coffee. Undecided

Trisha i like tea also.

Lisabelle green tea is fabulous. I just wish coffee didnt stain my teeth.

Angelspun, I drink decaf too. Folders decaf is really good.

Khrome, coffee makes us itch? Wow, maybe thats why i have eczema. Undecided

XOXO
