Thanks BB!  Cheesy  The beer rinse was great, my hair is so soft and shiney and does not smell like beer at all!  8)  I got the beer from my neighbor, it was Moslon Dry.  I once heard Stout was good as well.

I hope that's not a Guinness someone used. Perfectly good waste of mother's milk.

3 gentlemen (a Scot, a Brit, and an Irishman) walk into a pub and each order a Guinness. While they are waiting for the stout to settle, a fly comes buzzing by and lands in the Scotsman's drink. When the stout settles, he takes a huge pull from the pint and the fly barely gets away before being swallowed.

Now, the fly lands in the Englishman's pint. Immediately he hollers at the publican to pull another and pushes his pint away. The fly being disturbed once again, flies off.

Yep, landing in the Irishman's pint. The son of Erin takes a bede on the fly and plucks it from his drink, shaking the little guy and yelling, "Spit it out! Spit it out!"

NR, LOL!  Thanks!

I love sushi, Lisabelle.  I hope you'll find a restaurant that suits your tastes.  What a bummer the other went out of business.  Hope you've had a really great anniversary.

Now, where are those pictures of you in the kimonos??

NR LOL!  Nope, I have a free supply of Molson Dry!

Sakina yeah I miss Taka, there they had the traditional rooms which would have been a great place to take pictures of me in Kimono. Cry  Oh well, maybe they will open up again.  They have done it before.  Mind, there were a few Yakuza who would hang out there and they made no bones about staring at me in front of hubby.  I have no problem ignoring any man who keeps looking but I would get a chill thinking who they were but I never showed them fear..

Sakina I use to live in New York and there were lots of mobsters about.  You never really get use to it though.

Well last night went pretty good!  We lucked out and saw a new Japanese resturant in the next town when we were out that afternoon.  They just opened and didn't have a LLCO license yet.  Poor hubby wanted a Japanese beer but settled for iced tea.  I did my hair up in a funky Geisha look http://www.rasysa.com/column/20041207/special/cute/ from this page.  The food was really good and I rubbed elbows with the handsome sushi chef Roll Eyes  We always thank the chef personally when we finsh eating. He was very nice and gave us the super hot wasabi we love with our sushi!  The waitress was tickled to see me wear my Zori sandles.  I thought they would have gone really wild to see me in Kimono!

Later we went for a walk in the park next to my house.  There we have deer and were delighted to see a Doe and her Fawn grazing on a apple tree!  We had a great night and this morning when I work up hubby gave me a card and some candy!  Well it's been 17 years and I think that after a while the realtionship changes and gets even better!

What a wonderful evening!  I'm glad you were able to enjoy and celebrate your 17 years together.  I will agree that relationships do change and can get even better with time - hubby and I have been married over 31 years and are still best friends.   Grin

Well, I've only been married 8 1/2 years and I agree w/you both.

I'm so glad you had a wonderful celebration of your anniversary.
How special to see the deer.  I love it when stuff like that happens!

Still waiting on those kimono pics...
