I have had these vintage crystals for many, many years, and I have used them very rarely in my designs as I never had many of them. They are an unusual take on givré with a transparent center rather than the usual opaque color that normally fills these type of crystals, and are quite stunning!

The end of each of these hair accessories is adorned with a gorgeous vintage West German givré (color injected) crystal in deep coral pink and jonquil yellow, nestled into a coral pink flower bead cap. A vintage Swarovski Jonquil Aurora Borealis crystal occupies the center position. A smaller version of the same coral and jonquil yellow vintage West German crystal, topped with a coral pink metal flower bead cap, sits below. Gold plated heishi beads complete the hair jewelry design. The hair sticks are carved bone, finished with dragon scale-textured paper in a hand dyed watercolor design of predominantly coral, pink and yellow jewel tones, under many layers of protective clear, glossy enamel.
