LongLocks DragonStix hair sticks are finished with paper that has a small textured pattern that is reminiscent of dragon scales! I hand paint the paper I use in this style in brilliant jewel tones using a watercolor method. The combination of the vibrant, flowing colors and beautiful pattern in the paper create absolutely gorgeous designs.
These hair accessories are preserved under several layers of clear, glossy enamel which gives them a gorgeous translucent look. All LongLocks DragonStix hair jewelry, including special order versions, are one-of-kind works of art, recorded in the LongLocks archive, and never exactly duplicated. These original hair accessories and the process by which they are created are a LongLocks HairSticks exclusive and can be found nowhere else on earth (or other dragon-inhabited worlds)!
